Our Founders

With an impressive background in commercial and industrial specialty painting and coatings, Ben Barnes has dedicated his career to mastering the art of transforming surfaces. Having entered the painting industry at the young age of 15, Ben’s journey began from the ground floor, where he gained hands-on experience and honed his skills through hard work and dedication. Over the years, Ben’s expertise grew, and he eventually founded his own successful residential and commercial painting and floor coating company. It was during this journey that he crossed paths with Matt Knez, setting the stage for an exciting partnership that would shape the future of All Painting Solutions.

A seasoned professional in the construction industry, Matt Knez began his career at the age of 16, working in his family’s business focused on residential and commercial remodels. Motivated by a desire to broaden his knowledge and skills, Matt pursued bachelor’s degrees in finance and business management, graduating in 2011. He went on to establish a General Contracting company specializing in residential and commercial roofing and renovation, achieving remarkable growth. Matt’s path eventually intersected with Ben’s, and it became evident that their shared vision and complementary strengths were the foundation for something extraordinary. Thus, in 2022, All Painting Solutions was born.
